On an Every Kid in a Park Program...

In small groups, students have the opportunity to rotate through a series of labs that provide a hands-on learning experience. The material is presented by Everglades Education volunteers and/or rangers and cover topics such as water, sawgrass, periphyton, invasives, alligators birds and adaptations.

Afterwards, students will have the opportunity to walk alongside a trail (at Anhinga or Shark Valley) with a wildlife and plant guide where they will be able to identify Everglades wildlife in its native environment
