Fall Family Fishing Day at Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Brecksville, Ohio - Kids out of school for an in-service day? Looking for a FREE family-friendly activity? Join us for some catch-and-release fishing fun on Friday, October 14, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Meet at Horseshoe Pond in Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) to fish for bluegill and sunfish. You can bring your own fishing pole or try one of ours. We provide bait; you pack lunches and drinks. This free Junior Ranger drop-in event is for ages 7 and up.
Kids attending three Junior Ranger programs each year earn the new CVNP Junior Ranger Badge; six earn the new CVNP patch. A parent or guardian is required to attend with participating children; no charge for adults.
