Brecksville, Ohio –Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) and the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park are teaming up to host archaeologist Phil Wanyerka at Happy Days Lodge on Friday, March 10.
Although the prehistory of the Cuyahoga Valley spans more than 13,000 years, historically very little is known about the ancient peoples who once called this area home. Join archaeologist Phil Wanyerka as he discusses and highlights the culture, history, and importance of the Cuyahoga Valley in the overall archaeology of Northeast Ohio.
Wanyerka’s presentation is part of the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s Lyceum Lecture Series. The Lyceum series brings experts on history, adventure, and the natural world to Cuyahoga Valley National Park to share in-depth and engaging stories and discoveries.
This lecture will take place on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are $8 for the general public and $3 for children ages 3-12. Buy tickets online at forcvnp.org/cvi or by calling 330-657-2909, option 4.
