Cuyahoga River Watershed Project
Cuyahoga Valley National Park is a project & place-based education resource for educators
June 20-22, 2018
Through an overnight park experience educators from all disciplines will be immersed in learning best practices of integrating project- as well as place-based education concepts into the classroom. Investigating some of Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s richest resources, educators will be exposed to the Cuyahoga River Watershed and how classroom projects can align with the park’s place-based resources.
This workshop will be delivered in partnership by Cleveland State University, Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and the National Park Service.
- $150 fee includes overnight lodging, meals, CEUs, and optional graduate credit hours
- Space is limited to 25 overnight participants (*Note: Overnight stay is encouraged but not required)
- CEU certificates provided at completion of workshop
- Optional: 2 Graduate Credit Hours provided by Cleveland State University (included in registration fee)
