Working on the Past in Local Historic Districts was created by Kay Weeks, Heritage Preservation Services, NPS, in cooperation with the Oregon State Historic Preservation Office, and in partnership with Susan Henry Renaud, Historic Preservation Planning Program, Heritage Preservation Services, NPS. Appreciation is extended to John Renaud, State, Tribal, and Local Programs, Heritage Preservation Services, NPS, for lending his expertise at key points along the way.
