Choosing Select Simple Form/Custom Element in the Create/Select Simple Form dialog displays the Simple Form Source dialog. Use this dialog to choose from existing Simple Forms.
To add fields to the Simple Form, you can choose from existing forms and/or fields contained in Custom Elements defined for your site. Your new form will contain the fields within the form or Custom Element you select.
Pick from the Source Type dropdown, then click the Filter button.
To further narrow your search for available Simple Forms, enter a first or last letter, form name, or string in the Name field and click the Filter button .
Your selection is highlighted, as shown above for the RSS Reader Custom Element.
After selecting the Custom Element or Simple Form, click Next. CommonSpot displays the Simple Form Action dialog for defining submit action.
