Formatted Text Block (without header) Element

After selecting Formatted Text Block or Formatted Text Block (without header) from the Text Elements section of the Element Gallery dialog, click the ghost text “Click here to define the textblock header” or “Click here to define the textblock”, or click the Element Tool icon and select the “Text” icon to open the Formatted Text Block dialog. If the header or text block was already specified, you can also open the Formatted Text Block dialog by simply clicking the existing text.
