String identifying an element's publication state; for example, 'Active', 'Inactive', and so on.

Possible Values:

Value	Display Value	Description
Active		Activated at element level.
Inactive		Inactivated at element level.
Inactive (active at element)		Activated at element level, but inactived at admin level (XML Publication, Format or Binding).
Inactive (inactive at element)		Inactivated at element level, and also inactived at admin level (XML Publication, Format or Binding).

Error Message:

Must be a string identifying an element's publication state; for example, 'Active', 'Inactive', and so on.
