Methods:

delete [L]	Deletes the specified social media channel, all existing social media content for that channel and all social media content history for that channel.
deleteMultiple	Deletes one or more social media channels.
getAccessStatus	Returns the status of the access token for the specified channel. 1=Valid, 0=expired, -1=Un-registered.
getList	Returns a query describing the social media channels accessible by the current user.
getProperties	Returns the possible property fields for a specified channel of a service.
revokeAccess [L]	Remove the access token saved for the provided social media channel.
save [L]	Saves a channel for the specified service.
setActiveState [L]	Sets the activation state of the specified channel.
