Request for Proposals: Leasing Opportunity for Agricultural Land

The National Park Service (NPS) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for an agricultural lease within the Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve. This lease includes 46.5 acres of cropland and will continue a long history of farming on Whidbey Island and sustain the rural, agricultural values of the area.

Proposals must meet the terms described in the RFP and be received no later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) February 14, 2023.

Proposals may be submitted by email to National Park Service, Attn: Mark Juretschke, Financial Analyst (email us).

Proposals must be received by the deadline in order to be evaluated and considered for award of a lease.

Site Visit

The NPS will not hold a site visit but offerors are encouraged to visit and view the site, which is readily accessible via the Pratt Loop Trail that encircles the site. Information on the site location can be found in the RFP.
