Description: The Recreation Business Management System (RBMS) is the point-of-sale system used by the National Park Service to collect fees under the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (FLREA). The data in the files are extracts of all pass re-entry scans that occurred in a calendar year, with one file for calendar year 2023, which includes transactions year-to-date, and is updated and replaced on a regular cadence. 

Fields:
  ParkAlpha: four letter alpha code for each park, typically the first four letters of the park name or the first two letters of the first two words in the park name.
  SerialNumber: the serial number of the product being scanned.
  TransDate: the date of the transaction in YYYY-MM-DD format.
  TransactionTime: the time of the transaction in hh:mm:ss:000 format in the local time zone for the park where the scan occurred.
  PassType: the name of the product being scanned, generally a type of park re-entry pass.
  ScanType: the type of barcode for the product being scanned.
