Friends of Sleeping Bear Dunes is an all-volunteer non-profit organization that helps support Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Today, Friends would like to recognize two of their volunteers for all of their hard work: Joan Antle (right) and Jeannie Corey (left).

Joan and Jeannie manage the Friends of Sleeping Bear Dunes' visitor booklet and sticker program. Each year, they stock about 15,000 books throughout the park! These booklets bring in a substantial amount of donations to the Friends' group, which in return supports park projects. This program would not be such a success without the leadership of Joan and Jeannie.
