November in Zion Canyon signals a quieter time when fewer visitors enter Zion National Park to enjoy the peace, beauty, and recreational opportunities of this special place. With the decrease in visitation, some services will be cut back or ended. The Zion Canyon/Springdale mandatory shuttle system will end its eighth season of operation on October 28. Visitors may then drive their personal vehicles on the 6-mile Zion Canyon Scenic Drive. The mandatory shuttle system will resume operation on March 21, 2008.

Kolob Canyons Visitor Center                                       
Open daily 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Days)
