Volunteer Group Opportunities

Volunteering is a chance for groups to work together in a meaningful way, have fun and make a difference. We welcome your assistance as we maintain and improve Zion for visitors of today and tomorrow.

How to Get Started
Complete the Volunteer Group application form and email it to e-mail us Forms must be received no later than three weeks before the group's planned visit.

The application will be reviewed by our staff and the group leader will be contacted to discuss project availability.

If you have questions, please email zion_park_information@nps.gov. Listen to recorded information by calling anytime 24 hours a day. Rangers answer phone calls from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. MT, but a ranger may not answer if they are already speaking with someone else.
