Throughout this planning process, the National Park Service continues to make every effort to incorporate public comment and input each step of the way.

Public open houses were held throughout the initial scoping process, in towns throughout the Central Valley of California, in communities surrounding the park, and right in the heart of Tuolumne Meadows at Parsons Lodge.
