Yellowstone has National Park Service operated visitor facilities in each of the areas listed below. Exhibits cover a wide range of natural and cultural history subjects. Select a link below to find out about facilities associated with that park area and their functions.

Albright Visitor Center

Open daily, year-round, 9 am–5 pm
except Veterans’ Day (Nov. 11) and Thanksgiving (Nov. 27)

Exhibits on wildlife and history; films on Yellowstone and the national park idea. Information & Yellowstone Association book store.

Warming Huts

Old Faithful Visitor Center

The visitor center is in temporary quarters near the Old Faithful Lodge. Please look for signs or ask for directions upon arrival in the area.

Open daily through Nov. 2, then closed.
Reopens Dec. 15–Mar. 15
Daily, 9 am–5 pm. Information and Yellowstone Association Book Store.

Old Faithful Warming Hut
Dec. 15–Mar. 15

Daytime only, not staffed. Vending machine snacks and cold drinks.
