Ranger Guided Tours Guided tours of the Taft Birthplace are offered every thirty minutes beginning at 8:30 am with the last tour leaving at 3:45 pm.

On June 13, 1851 Alphonso Taft bought the house and two acres of land for
$10,000. The address was 60 Auburn Street.
