These small, energetic birds can be found in open woodlands, low shrubs near forested edges and near the visitor center. Their song is loud and bubbly, and it rises in pitch. Wrens also can make a soft, chattering call that can resemble a rattlesnake. They can be observed during the summer months. First observed around early May.
