Pearl Harbor Marks the End of the CCC. December 7, 1941-"a day that will live in infamy forever...". The beginning of World War II marked the end of the Civilian Conservation Corps in America. Men from the Corps answered the call to war well trained, physically fit, and had the great CCC attitude of "We Can Take It!"
