Geology
|
The impacts of geology are everywhere we look. Geological processes have helped form the earth beneath our feet and the hills, valleys, mountains, and plains where we live and recreate. The evidence of geologic forces can be seen at Whitman Mission, from the powdery soil composed of loess, to the flat river plain, to the how and why of hill with the monument. |
