State Easter Egg Artists

Continuing a tradition that began in 1994, the American Egg Board will again be coordinating the annual State Easter Egg Display at the White House for 2008.

Artists from across the United States create the decorated eggs which represent all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Each egg must be designed to represent some aspect of the state that it is from. All artists must reside in the state and must not have participated in the event in the past.
