Sally Frank
For Sally Frank, nature is a humbling force and she is drawn to study its drama and mystery.  Since 2003, Sally has been working on a body of work inspired by nature that includes etchings, monotypes, and solarplate monoprints.  Her work blends realism with expressionism and portrays the beauty of nature as well as its raw starkness.  She enjoys the dual creative processes of printmaking: making the plate and developing the print. Sally’s printing is done at the Center for Contemporary Printmaking in Norwalk, Connecticut.
