The Heart of the Continent

Park Cooperation Heart of the Continent is a Canadian/American coalition of land managers and local stakeholders working together on corss-border projects that promote the economice, cultural and natural health of the lakes, forests and communities on the Minnesota/Ontario border. The Heart of the Continent consists of public lands and waters that span the international border from Rainy Lake in northeastern Minnestoat to the western shores of Lake Superior in Ontario and Minnesota.
