The Chain of Lakes snowmobile trail (Dashed Black Trail) across the Kabetogama Peninsula in Voyageurs National Park is now open, staked, and in good condition. Snowmobilers are encouraged to use caution as the trail is narrow in spots and deep snow exists off trail.

Did You Know?

Park volunteer, Ida Mainville steers a canoe full of modern-day voyageurs.

You can see the park just as the voyageurs did over 200 years ago.  Each summer the park offers guided trips aboard a 26-foot North Canoe.  Call for more infomation at 1-888-381-2873.
