Gather your children, friends, and family and join a park ranger on Tuesday evening's in April for an interactive program at the International Falls Public Library. Wetland Building Blocks Tuesday, April 1, 2014 6:30 – 7:30 pm Help Park Ranger, Lisa Maass, with a hands-on activity building a model wetland. Explore what wetlands are, where to find them, and who lives in them. Recommended ages 5 and up. We Have to Fly North Again? Tuesday, April 8, 2014 6:30 – 7:30 pm Aggghhh! What do you mean we have to fly north again? We just got here! Join Park Ranger, Chris Amidon, as participants transform into birds and face the challenges of migration. Recommended ages 5 and up. Animals Adapt Tuesday, April 15, 2014 6:30 – 7:30 pm Join Park Ranger, Justin Olson, for a sneak peek at the ways animals adapt and survive in different seasons. Participants will be able to design their own adaptive animal. Recommended ages 5 and up. Celebrate National Park Week With The Caterpillar Crawl Tuesday, April 22, 2014 6:30 – 7:30 pm Join Park Ranger, Lisa Maass, to learn about and build springtime creatures found in Voyageurs National Park.
