Virgin Islands Coral Reef National Monument
Operating Hours & Seasons
Virgin Islands Coral Reef Monument does not close.  The Monument is under the administration of Virgin Islands National Park, and therefore shares the same Visitor Center in Cruz Bay, St. John.

The Visitor Center is open daily, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM., and is just a short walk from the public ferry dock. The telephone number is 340-776-6201, ext. 238.

The Center is closed on Christmas Day.

Did You Know?
Designs like this person in a canoe show us art and views of life from the ancient past. Carved into a seashell, we wonder today if jewelry like this was just ornimentation or if perhaps each design had important symbolic meanings.
