Monument located on Grant Avenue 100 yards east of the Kansas Memorial. This unit was attached to Col. George W. Neeley's Detached Brigade of Brig. Gen. Elias S. Dennis' District of Northeast Louisiana, stationed at Young's Point, LA and commanded by Col. George W. McKeaig.
