SPECIAL USE PERMITS

Valley Forge National Historical Park is home to many beautiful landscapes, monuments and historic sites that are ideal venues for a variety of special activities such as cultural programs, picnics, wedding ceremonies, and film and photography projects. If you are interested in any of these activities please review the information below to find out how you go about applying for a special use permit. Did You Know?
Valley Forge was Pennsylvania’s first state park, established in 1893. In 1976, the bicentennial year of the Declaration of Independence, the park was transferred to the National Park System as Valley Forge National Historical Park.
