SPECIAL USE PERMITS

Valley Forge National Historical Park is home to many beautiful landscapes, monuments and historic sites that are ideal venues for a variety of special activities such as cultural programs, picnics, wedding ceremonies, and film and photography projects. If you are interested in any of these activities please review the information below to find out how you go about applying for a special use permit. Did You Know?
Varnum's brigade contained the 1st Rhode Island Regiment, a unit largely made up of African American and Native American soldiers. The unit symbolizes the diversity of the army - a diversity not seen again for many years.
