Commercial Leasing of Park Buildings

The National Park Service at Valley Forge National Historical Park has one historic building available for commercial lease –the Philander Chase Knox House. Parties interested in this opportunity should carefully review the Request for Proposal (RFP) for more information and deadlines. Whoever submits the proposal judged best under the RFP selection criteria will be given an opportunity to negotiate a final lease agreeable to both the offeror and the National Park Service.
