Stephen CADE is wanted for an Armed Robbery - Razor.
CADE is a black male, with a date of birth of 03/03/1957. He is 5' 10" tall, 144 lbs, and has a scar on his stomach. CADE has been known to frequent
bars on P Street NW and the P Street Beach and Dupont Circle Areas.
