The United States Park Police advises that: HIT AND RUN FATALITY ON HAINES POINT On 4/6/2005 at 8:27 pm the United States Park Police were advised that a 23 year old Black Male was struck by a SUV, silver in color, in the vicinity of Bay 19 on Haines Point. The suspect vehicle fled the area at a high rate of speed and the victim later died. Damage was sustained to the front end driver’s side. Anyone
