The park house was built in 1936, and closed in 1991 due to unsafe conditions. Renovation of St. James Park House includes roof, floors, restrooms, offices, storage area, windows and doors, plumbing, heating and electrical systems.

Description: Twenty at-risk youths, grades 5 through 9, planned, designed and assisted with the construction of a rollerblade/skateboard ramp in Riverside Park. The project is located in a CDBG target area, with significant minority, low-income population.
