Park Archaeologist/Resource Manager Jeremy Moss will outline the history of archaeology and preservation at Tumacacori. Using historic photographs, he will discuss early excavations, recent finds, and future research questions.

The lecture will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Old Nogales Courthouse, 21 East Court Street, Nogales, Arizona.

See images below of the archaeological dig and artifacts uncovered by Archaeologist Paul Beaubien in 1935. This excavation and much other history of the archaeological studies done at Tumacácori National Historical Park over the years will be preseted.
