Lime Kiln

The lime kiln, where limestone rocks were fired for conversion to lime plaster, is like all the other structures at Tumacácori National Historical Park - it requires constant maintenance by the Park preservation crew to keep it from deteriorating. It even requires lime plaster to preserve it from moisture.
