The Air Fields of the Tuskegee Airmen
This program will focus on various racially segregated Air Bases where the Tuskegee Airmen trained while preparing to fight in World War II. First learning how to fly J3 Piper Cubs at Kennedy Field, and then on to the PT-17 Stearman at Moton Field. From there, the Airmen would transfer to Tuskegee Army Air Field to receive training on more advanced aircraft like the BT-13 Valiant and the AT-6 Texan.
