“Compass V:  Working Together”

As currently designed, this forty-hour classroom course is the culmination of all Universal Competencies training.  Sessions on building consensus, dealing with conflict, running meetings, and teamwork are included.  The course is currently under development by Indiana University and NPS staff.  It is scheduled to be piloted in FY2001.
 

Alternate Sources of Training
