However, training in all four areas of
Communications Skills is available through Computer-Based Training (CBT)
at no charge. NETg, the CBT provider selected by the NPS, is the
largest computer based training vendor in the market. An employee
can take advantage of any one NETg course offering or all 550 training
course "titles."
