Acknowledgements

Literally hundreds of individuals have contributed to the design and implementation of the Universal Competencies training program since its inception in 1995. Partners, employees, and volunteers helped create the Universal Competencies Core Curriculum and its discrete units, or reviewed, commented on, and tested multiple drafts of the materials. Many have coordinated and/or instructed various training events, in particular, "Compass II: Today’s Leaders, Tomorrow’s Legends." Still others have shouldered the administrative burdens associated with managing the program, or participated in "Foundations" design meetings. I hope those whose names are not included below will forgive this unintentional oversight and know that they, too, are appreciated!
