Knowledge of intercultural negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
Culture-specific knowledge of staff (basic knowledge of world-views, values, beliefs, and patterns of communication).
SECOND LINE SUPERVISOR AND SUPERINTENDENT
Description: This competency requires the ability to manage operations in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of techniques for formulating, administering, and evaluating policies and programs in multicultural environments.
Ability to assemble and oversee project development teams comprised of people with diverse perspectives.
Ability to analyze and make use of demographic and other visitor and resource-related data when developing management plans and policies.
