Ability to determine the appropriateness of resource management techniques for different cultural settings.
Knowledge of and respect for different culturally-tied perceptions of resource management technologies.
SECOND LINE SUPERVISOR (Manager)
Description: These competencies include the ability to oversee the development and implementation of culturally appropriate resource management techniques, and the ability to collaborate with diverse groups and individuals.

Ability to oversee resource management operations that benefit the resource and are appropriate for the cultural context.
Ability to analyze and make use of demographic and other visitor and resource-related data when developing management plans and policies.
Ability to assemble and oversee project/program development teams comprised of people with different perspectives who reflect user groups and/or the community.
