ENTRY\DEVELOPMENTAL LEVEL

Description: These competencies identify the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required to provide clerical support for management and/or program analysis. Work is performed under close supervision with more independent completion of work at the developmental level.

Basic knowledge of techniques related to management and/or program analysis

Skill in locating and researching data

Knowledge of clerical procedures, processes, and techniques

Knowledge of the functions, processes, and priorities of the organization

Knowledge of automated systems

Skill in preparing and editing correspondence and documents to produce final documents

FULL PERFORMANCE LEVEL

Description: These competencies identify the Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required to perform technical work in support of management and/or program analysis. Work is performed with little or not direct supervision.

I.Management\Program Analysis Support

A.Technical work with limited supervision

B.Limited uncomplicated management\program analysis
C.Management consulting activities
D. Research/interpret of more complex materials
II.Clerical Functions
No additional competencies

Knowledge of the purposes, methods and techniques of management and/or program analysis

Knowledge of the structure, functions, products, and processes of the organization

Knowledge of the objectives, priorities, services, and resource requirements of a specific program, procedures, methods, and techniques of a routine nature

Ability to research and interpret material of a more complex nature
