The student residences on the Albright campus are managed by our contractor and valued partner TRACE. Information for TRACE at Albright: Sunday – Friday: 12 pm (noon) – 9 pm; Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm. Lodging rate: $60 per night

There are five two-story buildings on campus  (A through E), set up as single occupancy residences.

SPECIAL NEEDS

A limited number of rooms are accessible with adjoining caregiver accommodations.

INTERNET ACCESS

Internet access in student residences are only for government computers, and upon check-in you may be asked to sign a waiver indicating completion of current IT Security Awareness Information training. A 24/7 unsecured wireless internet connection for non-government computers is available at the nearby Community Recreation Center.

TELEPHONES

Each apartment has a telephone with voice mail capability. Local calls are free, with long distance calls requiring use of a calling card or credit card. Your cellular phone should work in the area.

For cell phones, Verizon is the most reliable cell service in the developed South Rim Village area. Other cell companies may have poor service, no service, and/or roaming charges , depending on your location in the area.

KARRAKER LOUNGE

Karraker Lounge is located on the first floor of the D building. The lounge is a 'common space' all guests can access, and offers a satellite television, a pool table, tables and chairs, and a full kitchen with a regular stove/oven and refrigerator. There is also a grill available.

PAYMENT

TRACE only accepts credit cards for payment.


 
Student Residences consist of one queen sized bed, sitting room/study area, full bathroom and kitchenette. Items furnished:

          two-burner stove pots and pans
          toaster dishware
          coffee maker glasses
          small refrigerator utensils
          small sink dishwashing soap
          microwave radio/alarm clock
          linens & towels bath soap
          hair dryer
 

GOOD THINGS TO KNOW
Laundry rooms (washers, dryers, laundry soap, iron and ironing board) are located on the first floors of the B and E buildings.

Housekeeping services are provided once a week, usually on Saturdays.

No pets (except service animals) are allowed in student residences.

Smoking is not permitted in any residence, and federal regulations apply to include smoking at least 25 feet away from any building.

There are no televisions in the residences.

Quiet hours for the entire campus are 10 pm - 6 am.
