NPS Fundamentals is training organized into five sections, taken in sequence and completed within a one-year period. Online courses are taken at your own pace, and classroom courses are offered multiple times a year to fit your schedule.

NPS Fundamentals II: Introduction to NPS Operations (classroom course)

NPS Fundamentals III: NPS Career Management and Retirement Planning (online course)
NPS Fundamentals IV: Managing Work Life in the NPS (online course)
NPS Fundamentals V: Building Trust, Teams, and Leaders (classroom course)
(location: Washington DC area; staff based at Mather Training Center, Harpers Ferry, WV)
