General Plantation Program
 

This program introduces upper elementary level students to slavery and life on a sea-island cotton plantation. 

The activities associated with this program were developed with Florida Sunshine State Standards in mind. In order to meet these standards, you must prepare your students for their visit using the background information provided and complete all pre- and post-visit activities.
