Habitat

Found in canyons, caves, and rocks in the Western U.S. Known to nest near Timpanogos Cave’s entrance

Feeding

Feeds mostly on insects and spiders in rocky crevices.

Special notes

Very distinctive cascading song is often heard in western canyons.
