THRO Junior Ranger Badge

Explore, Learn, Protect, & have FUN!

Theodore Roosevelt National Park invites children 6 years of age and older to become official Junior Rangers. You can earn a Junior Ranger badge when you learn about Theodore Roosevelt National Park and help rangers protect the park.

Pick up a free Junior Ranger Journal at any park visitor center. The Journal is full of activities for kids to do all about the park's history, animals, plants, and geology.

After you complete all of your activities, review them with a ranger. The ranger will sign your certificate and award you with an official Junior Ranger badge!
