I Notice I Wonder: Snake Slither

Acadia National Park is known for its wildlife diversity. Many different animals live in Acadia including 5 species of snakes. Read more about reptiles and amphibians of Acadia. 

Have students observe the Snake Slither video and generate I Notice, I wonder statements. These statements help promote descriptive observations, thoughtful questions, & relatable connection and can be used to complement a student-centered discussion.
