"Pathway to Freedom" is presented each summer during the months of June, July, and August at the Snow Camp Outdoor Theatre in Snow Camp, North Carolina. Snow Camp was settled in 1749 by a small group of Quakers from the Pennsylvania area. "Pathway to Freedom" is a dramatic live performance with more than 55 professional actors ranging from 7 to 80 years of age. The venue known as historical outdoor drama is presented in a 400-seat open amphitheatre. "Pathway to Freedom" is the only outdoor drama in North Carolina depicting the Underground Railroad.
