One of the National Underground Railroad Network to Freedom Program's components is to "educate the public about the historical significance of the Underground Railroad."  Members in the Program have created a number of educational products, services and activities to help the public learn about the Underground Railroad. They include curriculum based experiences, lesson plans, and primary materials.
