Arkansas Gazette December 17, 1822 (January 14, 1823) A RUNAWAY NEGRO WHO says his name is JACK, has been delivered into the hands of the subscriber, by Mr. Morrell, who apprehended him. He says he belongs to a Mr. Palonce, living near Baton Rouge, Lou.
